Problem:
Bobbi Brown sought to drive global awareness and adoption of the Intensive Skin Foundation Cushion while tailoring its approach to resonate with key regional markets. In APAC, this meant leveraging a recognizable ambassador, Liu Shishi, and crafting a campaign that aligned with local beauty trends and consumer behaviors.

I executed a multi-channel rollout, integrating visual merchandising, store design, e-commerce, social media, print, and video advertising.
